Dear Stakeholders,

It is my pleasure to share my feelings to all our shareholders, stakeholders, clients, and partners. Summit Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha Limited is a 'D' Class licensed financial institution by Nepal Rastra Bank. 

Summit Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. had taken permission to operate banking transaction in 15 districts as a State level Laghubitta institution and it has opened 41 branches under approval of NRB as a ‘D’ class licensed institution and commenced its transactions from 2066/02/07.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Merger with Sajilo Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd; having registered office in Gorkha District, Gorkha Municipality Ward No. 13 has been signed on behalf of the Board of Directors of both the institutions and has been submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for final approval on 22nd Magh, 2076. After the successful completion of Special Annual General Meeting (SAGM) held on 21st Ashad 2077, the joint transaction of both the institutions had been done in the name of Summit Laghubittta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. from Gorkha District, Gorkha Municipality Ward No. 13 Majuwa Deurali from 6th of Ashoj, 2077.

Our main aim is to provide qualitative and reliable banking services among the rural people those are untouched from any other banking plans. Officially it has a National Level approval from NRB and functionally has covered 41 districts with 105 branches and we are planning for furthermore
